We are seeking a ServiceNow IRM Technical Lead to own an IRM workstream from requirements to release.
You stay hands-on in ServiceNow configuration and development while leading client workshops, shaping solution design, and guiding the delivery team.ResponsibilitiesLead the design, configuration and development of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) including policy and compliance and risk managementFacilitate requirement workshops with client stakeholders and translate risk needs into technical backlog and solution designOwn end-to-end delivery across workflows, data model, scripting and integrationsDefine integration approach and ensure alignment with broader platform and stabilisation prioritiesProvide technical leadership through standards, estimates, reviews and mentoring for the delivery teamContribute to current-state assessment and recommendations for an applications portfolioPartner with delivery and client teams to plan releases, manage dependencies and reduce delivery riskRequirementsServiceNow IRM (GRC) delivery with hands-on configuration and development ownershipServiceNow platform capability across flows and workflows, data model, scripting and integrationsRequirement leadership with demonstrated ability to run stakeholder discussions independentlySolution design experience translating business risk needs into scalable platform patternsTechnical leadership with a track record of guiding team delivery quality and consistencyNice to haveExperience in financial services, credit bureau or regulated data environmentsServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance (CIS-RC)We offerBy choosing EPAM, you're getting a job at Great Place To Work-Certified in ****,
