Crowne Plaza Canberra is seeking a Part time Commis Chef to support our Food & Beverage operations across Redsalt, Lume Bar, meetings, and room service.
You'll work across kitchen sections, produce high-quality dishes, follow HACCP standards, and maintain kitchen cleanliness while collaborating with front and back of house teams.
Must have Australian working rights, a valid food handler certificate, and a commercial cookery certification; hotel kitchen experience is highly desirable.
