The Salvation Army in Flagstaff, VIC is seeking a Case Manager to provide person-centred, strengths-based and trauma-informed support to residents experiencing homelessness and complex life challenges.
You will develop tailored case plans, advocate for needs, coordinate services across housing, health, legal, mental health and community organisations, and work with clients toward secure housing and independence.
