About the role
As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide nursing assessments, clinical case management and person-centred care to clients.
Working independently in the community, you'll support older people to maintain their health, wellbeing and quality of life at home.
We're looking for someone with
Community nursing experience or transferable clinical skills
Strong clinical assessment and care coordination skills
Excellent communication and time management abilities
A passion for supporting older Australians
Current AHPRA Registration
Degree in Nursing
Current Driver Licence and reliable vehicle
Current CPR Certification
Either a Current National Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
