The role:
As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will act as a key technical authority, translating complex business requirements into scalable, high performing platform solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards.
What you'll be doing:
Assume technical responsibility for platform development, configuration, and integration.
Interpret and respond to detailed Business Requirements Specifications (BRS).
Ensure system compatibility, high performance, and alignment with Enterprise Architecture plans.
Deliver functional analysis, business case development input, and seamless operational handovers.
Desired Skills and Experiences:
Solid ServiceNow development background in ITSM or HRSD.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM / HRSD).
Proven track record in complex government or enterprise environments.
