Lutheran Services is seeking a Creative Lifestyle Facilitator for Northridge Aged Care in Toowoomba.
This role focuses on arts, music, storytelling and interactive games to create memorable experiences for residents.
The position is permanent part-time with 4 shifts per fortnight, 9:00 am–3:00 pm, Monday and Thursday, with potential extra days.
Salary packaging and advantages are included to support staff wellbeing.
