Honorbread, Bermagui's artisan bakery, seeks a hands-on Head of Bakery Production to lead daily bread, pastry and savoury output.
You will balance baking with production planning, rostering and staff development, ensuring delivery to wholesale customers and cafés.
You will build a calm, respectful team culture focused on quality, safety and accountability, while collaborating with owners and the General Manager to grow the business.
