You will provide quality nursing care within an Aboriginal primary health care model, collaborate with clinicians and health workers, and help maintain comprehensive care plans.
You will also foster continuous improvement and ensure policy alignment with accreditation standards.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, full AHPRA registration, and a commitment to culturally secure practices
