Catholic Healthcare Limited is seeking an experienced Village Manager to lead Jemalong Retirement Living Village in Forbes.
You'll oversee operations, resident relationships, financial performance, sales and occupancy, ensuring the village is protected, welcoming and compliant with NSW laws.
This hands-on leader will manage a small team, coordinate budgets and vendor contracts, and drive strategies to improve occupancy and resident satisfaction while upholding our mission to support older Australians
