The role delivers adaptable, person-led support aligned with each consumer's plan, coordinating with chosen supports to ensure culturally respectful care and ongoing recovery progress.
The position emphasises trauma‐informed practices, independence and community integration, with family involvement where consent is given.
A current NSW driver's license and working rights are required.
