Build management capability through rostering, staff training, stock and ordering
Ideally 2+ years in a supervisory or senior floor position at a quality, high-volume restaurant
Solid wine knowledge, able to discuss styles, regions and food pairings comfortably
Eagerness to keep learning about wine
A robust picture of excellent service and the consistency to hold that standard on a big night
A current Queensland RSA and RMLV, or a willingness to complete the RMLV on the way to management
Availability across a seven-day roster, nights, weekends and public holidays included
