Chosen Family in Jordan Springs, NSW, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support a participant with complex clinical and disability needs in a SIL/SDA setting.
This casual role covers a 24/7 care environment with varied shifts, including sleepover arrangements.
You will deliver individualised nursing interventions, monitor health, manage medications, and work closely with the RN Team Leader and support workers to ensure protected, person-centred care that respects dignity and autonomy.
