The role
The Graphic Design Officer sits within a creative and communications team that produces design materials aligned with Transport for NSW's brand and business objectives.
The role supports outputs across digital, print, animation, and more, and is based at the Macquarie Park office.
The team collaborates in person regularly through branch all-in days, training sessions, planning workshops, and other team activities.
Both permanent and fixed-term opportunities are available.
What you would do
Create and adapt design materials for internal and external campaigns, events, social media, animations, and presentations
Ensure all outputs comply with brand guidelines and accessibility standards
Prepare final artwork and maintain version control across projects




Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and templates
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across a variety of projects
Manage competing deadlines and translate briefs into effective design solutions

Background in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
Proficiency in industry-standard design software
Experience applying branding principles and accessibility standards
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines
A collaborative approach and commitment to brand consistency
Working arrangements
The role is based at the Macquarie Park office in NSW.

Pay and perks
AUD 111,625 - AUD 122,786 per year.
