We have an exciting opportunity for BoilermakerWelders at RCR Mining Technologies (RCRMT), a leading business unitwithin NRW Holdings.
These positions require excellent welding and fabricationskills, as well as a strong understanding of boiler makingtechniques.
The Boilermaker Welders must consistently providehigh-quality welding and fabrication services to support theconstruction, repair, and maintenance of mining technologies.
Withyour expertise, you will contribute to the success of the team andhelp ensure the safety and efficiency of mining operations.
We have
Day and Afternoon Shifts
available,with
Casual and Full-Time positions
onoffer.
Day shift is 6am - 2.30pm with overtime available asrequired.
Afternoon Shift is 3.30pm - 1.30am Monday toThursday, with overtime available until 4.00am, Friday 2.30pm to*****pm (optional)
In this role you will be responsiblefor
Fabrication and welding of structural steel, mechanicalequipment, and piping packages in an efficient andcompetent manner to the relevant Australian Standards andclient specifications.
Prepares all steel work for welding to bestpractices
Operates and maintains all workshop equipment withinyour skill set




Reviews drawings, instructions, blueprints, or samplesto ensure accurate production
Maintain inventory of completed products
Ensure that all machines and equipment are maintained ina clean and tidy condition and that no items are leftloose
Perform any additional tasks as directed which arewithin your skill, qualification, and competence level.
To be considered for this position, you will needto
Live locally in the Perth metro area
Have relevant experience that are able to pass 3G/4Gweld test
Dogging/Rigging (preferred but not essential)
Forklift Ticket (preferred but not essential)
Willing to complete Pre employment Medical
Have a solid commitment to safety, along with a genuine,reliable nature.
What we offer you
Excellent hourly rates & penalties, afternoon shift of3.30pm to 1.30am, Monday to Friday.
