As we take over the Food & Beverage operations, we're looking for enthusiastic, motivated and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team!
With a vibrant bistro and a growing calendar of events and functions, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team where no two days are the same.

Your responsibilities:
Creating memorable guest experiences by delivering friendly, attentive and efficient food and beverage service across our bistro, alfresco dining areas, events and functions.
Taking orders, processing payments and confidently operating POS systems to keep service running smoothly.
Bringing service to life through food and beverage delivery, food running and table service.
Keeping our dining spaces looking their best by clearing and resetting tables and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
Engaging with guests, responding to enquiries and anticipating their needs to ensure a positive dining experience.
Working closely with our kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless service and create a great experience for every guest.
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in hospitality or food service, ideally within a busy bistro,



restaurant, club or casual dining environment.
Confidence using POS systems and accurately processing customer orders and transactions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for customer service.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining a positive and professional approach.
A flexible, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to work across both bistro and events operations.
A proactive approach, strong attention to detail and a commitment to creating excellent guest experiences
