The Role
This new, senior role sits at the centre of how risk is managed across the MQ‐4C Triton program, a critical Defence capability delivering long‐endurance maritime surveillance for Australia.
You will work closely with program leads to surface risks early, shape them into transparent actions, and drive them through to resolution.

The opportunity is to lift engagement, build rhythm, and ensure it is used consistently to support better decisions across the program.
You will partner directly with leaders to translate concerns into structured risks, maintain momentum across the risk lifecycle, and step in where escalation is required.
You will also contribute to performance discussions by providing clear insight into what the data is showing and where attention is needed.
This role is based in Adelaide and requires the ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 clearance.
