Aureus Financial is hiring a Bookkeeping Manager to lead and grow our offshore division within our Virtual CFO practice.
You will build and scale a remote team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of client books.
You will own reconciliations, payroll, BAS/IAS, review files before submission, recruit and coach bookkeepers, and design SOPs and templates to improve quality and turnaround times across the portfolio.
