The employer needs someone who can handle the full spread of bakery output, from loaves to pastries and other baked lines, while holding food hygiene to a high standard and keeping service on track when the venue is at its busiest.
The employer will sponsor the right person on a subclass 482 or 494 visa and welcomes candidates whether they are in Australia now or abroad.

Produce loaves and breads for daily service
Prepare pastries and other baked lines
Hold food hygiene and safety to a high standard
Support the smooth running of the bakery within a busy venue
Baking or pastry trade qualification, or equivalent industry experience
Proven experience across a range of baked goods
Valuable knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Reliable and organised
Works well as part of a team
