This is a hands-on leadership role focused on coaching, performance management, operational excellence, and collaboration across Sales and Marketing teams.
Responsibilities Lead, coach and develop a high-performing BDR teamDrive activity, meeting generation, conversion performance and pipeline creation across APACMonitor and manage team KPIs using data, dashboards and reporting toolsDeliver regular coaching through call reviews, role plays and performance discussionsAnalyse team performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvementPartner with Sales, Marketing and Demand Generation teams to align outbound strategies and pipeline objectivesRecruit, onboard and support the development of BDR talentManage forecasting, reporting and performance improvement plans where required Skills and Experience Experience leading BDR, SDR or similar sales development teams within a SaaS or technology environmentStrong understanding of outbound sales, pipeline generation and performance metricsExperience using Salesforce, Outreach,
