Lead and coordinate the delivery of exceptional visitor servicing across all visitor information and engagement channels, ensuring a consistent, high-quality and brand-aligned experience that enhances Mount Gambier's reputation as a destination.
Provide leadership and guidance to the visitor servicing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, innovation and servicing excellence while contributing to the achievement of Council's visitor economy objectives, strategic priorities and outcomes.
The successful applicant will join the Economy, Strategy and Engagement team and play an important role in delivering visitor economy outcomes
