This role involves psychosocial support, recovery planning and advocacy within a multidisciplinary team committed to patient-centered care.
The successful candidate will have lived experience of mental ill-health, solid communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and with colleagues.
Enrolment in Intentional Peer Support Training is expected.
