We are seeking a qualified and experienced Childcare Worker ANZSCO ****** to join our full-time team in Perth.
You will provide safe, responsive care; support children's learning through play-based experiences; maintain accurate observations and records; and work collaboratively with families and other educators.
This is an ongoing position with a salary of $75,000 to $85,000 per year plus superannuation, depending on qualifications and experience.

What you bring
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification
Relevant experience providing education and care in an approved early childhood service
Strong understanding of NQF, NQS, and regulatory compliance
Current and mandatory Certificates and Checks
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Qualifications & Compliance
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
Current Working with Children Check
Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis (or willing to obtain immediately)
National Police Check clearance
Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia or be able to meet the requirements for employer-sponsored employment, including the Skills in Demand (subclass 482) visa where applicable
Experience & Skills
Proven ability to design and implement EYLF-based programmes
At least 1 year of full-time relevant post-qualification experience in an early childhood education and care setting
Strong documentation skills (observations, assessments, planning)
Ability to build positive, respectful relationships with children and support their wellbeing, inclusion and development
Deep understanding of NQF, NQS, and compliance requirements
Excellent communication with children, families, and team
