InterContinental Sydney Coogee Beach is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead front-of-house operations across Shutters Restaurant & Bar, the Pool Bar and In-Room Dining. This senior, hands-on leadership role requires a dynamic hospitality qualified who thrives on the floor and delivers exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage day-to-day F&B; operations, partner with the culinary team, drive revenue, control labour costs, and mentor a high-performing team
