EEYS is seeking a Human Resources Officer to coordinate recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and HR administration across services to ensure compliant staffing. You will support policy development, reporting, and employee lifecycle processes within a not-for-profit setting.

You will work with the People and Culture team to forecast staffing needs, manage candidate communications, and uphold high standards of accuracy and responsiveness to internal stakeholders.
