The Premier Hotel, part of Thomas Hotels, invites an accomplished Head Chef to shape the food operation from the ground up. You will set the culinary vision, drive menu direction and build a kitchen culture that reflects the venue’s post‑renovation identity.

Lead strategic menu development, costed offerings and event programming, while establishing kitchen systems, rosters and controls. You’ll partner with management to deliver outstanding guest experiences and sustained profitability.
