Uniting Limited in Victoria is seeking a skilled Social Worker to join the Family Services Restoring Families program based in Heatherton. You will contribute to community-based support and case management for families with significant needs, working closely with Child Protection and other services.

The role focuses on evidence-based practice, leading a multidisciplinary care team, risk assessment, reunification when appropriate, and delivering interventions to keep children secure at home.
