Smart Energy in Australia is seeking an Inbound Sales Manager to build and lead our home electrification phone sales team from the ground up. You'll recruit, onboard and coach the team, establish sales scripts, lead allocation and clear performance expectations, and own targets to drive conversion and revenue growth.

You'll work with marketing and operations to optimise Google and Meta inbound campaigns, monitor funnel metrics, and ensure a solid customer experience through structured follow-up
