As we grow, we are looking for an experienced Buyer's Agent and sales professional with a proven track record of building client relationships, achieving sales results and securing quality property deals.

The Opportunity

You will take ownership of the client journey from sourcing and negotiation through to settlement and securing the first tenant.

Working closely with our research and support team, you will turn each client's agreed investment strategy into suitable property opportunities, guide clients through their purchase and keep each stage moving smoothly. An administrative or client support assistant will help with coordination and administration.

This role suits someone who takes initiative, follows through and treats every client's purchase with care.

What you will do

- Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients throughout the buying journey.
- Source suitable on market and off market investment properties aligned with each client's strategy and budget.
- Assess comparable sales, rental potential, property condition and key risks.
- Build strong relationships with selling agents to uncover quality opportunities.
- Present properties with clear reasoning so clients can make informed decisions.
- Negotiate purchase prices, contract conditions and settlement terms.
- Coordinate with brokers, solicitors, selling agents, inspectors and property managers.
- Track finance, inspections, contract deadlines and settlement requirements.
- Assist clients with property manager selection and coordinate leasing support until the first tenant is secured.
- Keep accurate records and maintain accountability for client progress, follow ups and agreed processes.





What you will bring

- Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of achieving targets and building lasting client relationships.
- Relevant experience in buyer's advocacy, real estate sales, property management, property investment or a similar field.
- A Certificate IV in Real Estate as a minimum requirement.
- A strong understanding of investment property fundamentals, including growth potential, rental yield and risk.
- Confident negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with selling agents.
- Clear, warm and professional communication.
- Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple clients and competing deadlines.
- A proactive approach, sound judgement and ownership of your work.
- The ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying connected with the team.
- Confidence using CRM systems, following processes and working towards agreed performance targets.
- A genuine interest in property investment and continuous improvement.

Success means clients feel informed and supported, suitable properties are presented with sound reasoning, and purchases progress smoothly through to settlement and tenancy.

What we offer

- Base salary plus performance based earnings, with the prospect to earn $150,000 or more per year, depending on experience and results.
