Herbal Hub Hair & Beauty Salon is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Hairdresser to join our team in St Albans. The successful applicant will provide professional hairdressing services and personalised advice to help clients achieve their desired look.

Key responsibilities:

- Consult with clients about their hairstyle preferences, hair condition and suitable treatments.

- Shampoo, condition, cut, trim and style hair using scissors, clippers and other hairdressing tools.

- Perform colouring services, including tinting, bleaching, highlights and colour correction.

- Provide blow-drying, straightening, curling and other styling services.

- Perform chemical straightening, waving and hair treatments within your training and experience.

- Recommend suitable hairstyles, haircare products and home maintenance routines.

- Maintain clean and hygienic workstations,



tools and salon equipment.

- Assist with bookings, client records, payments and stock monitoring.

- Deliver friendly, skilled customer service and work collaboratively with the salon team.

Skills and experience:

- Certificate III in Hairdressing or an equivalent relevant qualification.

- At least 1 year experience as Hairdresser

- Good knowledge of hair types, colour techniques and haircare products.

- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage appointments and work efficiently in a busy salon.

- Availability to work according to the salon’s roster, including weekends as required.
