We’re looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer who brings technical confidence, curiosity and a collaborative mindset. If you enjoy solving complex problems, mentoring others and seeing your designs come to life in the field, this could be a excellent next step.

You’ll join a supportive, highly skilled engineering team delivering practical, site-specific solutions across power, pumping, controls, renewables and infrastructure projects.

What You’ll Do

- Lead electrical engineering input across design, product selection, testing, installation and commissioning.
- Provide technical guidance on motor control centres, switchboards, control panels, generators, drives, renewable energy technologies, high-voltage equipment and control systems.
- Review client specifications, tenders, drawings, calculations and technical deliverables for quality, compliance and constructability.
- Support site activities through inspections, commissioning and practical technical problem-solving.
- Mentor engineers, chair technical reviews and contribute to a culture of learning, safety and continuous improvement.
- Partner with clients, suppliers and cross-functional teams to deliver smarter, reliable energy solutions.

About You

- Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or an equivalent recognised qualification.
- At least seven years of post-graduate industry experience.
- Strong understanding of relevant Australian Standards,



construction processes and technical compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated experience across electrical design and several of the following: switchboards, control panels, generators, drives, renewable energy systems, high-voltage equipment or control systems.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to balance technical quality, safety, schedule and cost.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with confidence working directly with clients, suppliers and project teams.

Highly Regarded

- Experience using PowerCad-5.
- Exposure to power generation, industrial energy systems, electrical infrastructure or asset-intensive project environments.
- Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical design and review activities.
