About Tracked Golf

Tracked Golf is a modern indoor golf facility in Adelaide, South Australia, built around TrackMan technology, professional coaching, practice and entertainment.

Since opening in November 2024, we have built a growing community of golfers and a proven track record of helping coaches grow their client bases and coaching businesses. Over the past two years, our coaches’ success has demonstrated the potential of combining premium facilities, marketing support and committed coaching professionals.

We provide golfers with a premium environment to play, practise and improve, with 24/7 access available to our members.

As Tracked Golf continues to develop, with the potential to expand into additional locations, we are looking to grow our coaching team.

We are looking to welcome up to three coaches between now and early 2027, with flexible start dates for the right candidates. Appointments will be made progressively as we find coaches who are a strong fit for our team and clients.

The Opportunity

We welcome applications from golf professionals at different stages of their coaching careers.

Senior Golf Professionals

For established coaches with proven teaching experience, this is an opportunity to grow your coaching business within a premium TrackMan environment, supported by Tracked Golf’s facilities, marketing and growing golf community.

For an experienced coach with the right leadership skills, there may also be an opportunity to help shape Tracked Golf Academy, develop coaching programmes and mentor other coaches.

Developing Golf Professionals

For developing PGA Professionals and coaches earlier in their careers, this is an prospect to establish your client base, develop your coaching brand and build a sustainable coaching business.





You do not necessarily need decades of experience. We value coaching ability, professionalism, reliability, work ethic and a willingness to grow.

Across Both Experience Levels

We are looking for coaches who want to:

- Build and maintain their own coaching client base

- Deliver high-quality individual lessons, programmes and clinics

- Help golfers improve through personalised, technology-based coaching

- Develop long-term relationships with students

- Grow their coaching business alongside Tracked Golf

Experience with TrackMan and technology-based coaching is highly valued.

Our aim is to help you build towards at least 20 coaching sessions per week within your first three months. Tracked Golf will make every effort to generate coaching leads and support your growth.

Achieving this target will depend heavily on your own effort, availability, responsiveness to enquiries, client conversion, coaching quality and student retention. This is a growth target, rather than a guaranteed volume of lessons or income.

How the Arrangement Works

This is an independent subcontractor opportunity operating under a venue rental arrangement,



rather than a salaried employment position.

Coaches build and operate their own coaching business within the Tracked Golf environment, supported by our facilities, customer base, marketing and brand.

Venue rental fees represent 20–25% of coaching revenue, depending on your coaching pricing. Coaches retain the remaining 75–80% before their own taxes and other business expenses.

Full commercial terms will be discussed during the selection process.
