This role is based in Queensland and is primarily focused on Revit-based mechanical drafting within HVAC and building services. You will be responsible for producing accurate, coordinated and construction-ready documentation, working closely with engineers, contractors and project teams to ensure designs translate seamlessly onto site.

Duties and responsibilities





- Develop and maintain Revit models for HVAC and mechanical systems
- Produce clear, accurate and construction-ready documentation including:
- Mechanical layouts
- Coordination drawings
- Sections and installation details
- Equipment schedules
- Prepare detailed shop drawing-level documentation for site use
- Coordinate with architectural, structural and other services models
- Participate in BIM coordination and clash detection
- Support engineers during design development and project delivery
- Ensure documentation aligns with Australian Standards and project requirements

We are looking for someone with

- 3–5+ years' experience in mechanical drafting (building services / HVAC)
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (essential)
- Experience producing detailed mechanical or shop drawings
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems and services coordination
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills and a team-focused approach
