Site Supervisor

Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced and motivated Site Supervisors to join our team and play a key role in delivering successful projects across Melbourne.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

- Planning and coordinating labour, plant and materials to meet project timelines and objectives
- Supervising subcontractors and ensuring all works comply with project specifications and requirements
- Driving a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitoring project performance, budgets and key deliverables while proactively identifying and addressing issues
- Conducting site inspections, audits, client meetings, handovers and project sign-offs




- Maintaining accurate project documentation and site records

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will bring;

- A minimum of two years' experience in a civil construction supervisory role
- Experience across roads, residential subdivisions and/or industrial developments
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to effectively coordinate multiple work fronts and deliver outcomes under pressure
- A commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
- Hold a White Card
- Full Australian working rights
