About the Role:

Join our client’s dynamic and performing team based in Cairns as a Commercial Litigation & Dispute Lawyer. We are seeking a driven professional with a minimum of 3 years PQE and a solid background in dispute resolution and litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle a diverse range of commercial disputes and litigation cases
- Provide strategic legal advice and representation to clients
- Manage case files from inception to resolution

Requirements:





- At least 3 years PQE in commercial litigation and dispute resolution
- Experience and vast knowledge of commercial law
- Strong analytical and negotiation and mediation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases effectively
- Ability to work in a team environment and self-sufficiently
