The Project This is a complex, large-scale commercial construction project requiring experienced professionals who understand the demands of delivering major developments safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked on projects such as:

- Major commercial buildings
- Hospitals and healthcare facilities
- Universities and education facilities
- Large office developments
- Mixed-use developments
- Large-scale retail and civic projects

What We're Looking For You will bring experience working for commercial builders and have contributed to the successful delivery of major commercial construction projects valued from tens of millions through to large-scale landmark developments.
Depending on your discipline, experience may include:
Engineering Professionals

- Design coordination and technical delivery
- RFIs, shop drawings, inspections and technical compliance




- Quality assurance and construction documentation
- Consultant and subcontractor coordination
- Site-based engineering and project delivery experience
- Leading and mentoring engineering teams (senior positions)

The Engineering Lead role will provide technical leadership across the project, overseeing engineering delivery, design coordination, RFIs, inspections, quality processes and site engineering teams.
Site and Project Engineers will support project delivery through inspections, documentation control, technical coordination, quality management and subcontractor engagement.
Site Leadership

- Managing construction programs and daily site activities
- Coordinating subcontractors and trades
- Driving safety, quality and productivity outcomes
- Leading site teams on complex commercial projects
- Stakeholder and client interface experience

Contract Administration
- Head contract and subcontract administration
- Variations, progress claims and procurement
- Commercial reporting and cost control
- Contract negotiation and project financial management
- Experience working within a commercial construction setting





Ideal Background We would love to hear from professionals with experience delivering projects for recognised commercial contractors including Tier 1, Tier 2 or established commercial builders.
You will likely possess:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related discipline)
- Strong commercial construction experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative and solutions-focused approach
- A passion for delivering high-quality projects
