We’re looking for an experienced Senior Groups & Sports Travel Consultant to join our Groups & Sports Travel team. You’ll coordinate travel for sporting teams, groups and corporate travellers, bringing together flights, accommodation, transfers, events and individual travel requirements to make every journey run smoothly.

What You'll Own

- Manage group, sporting team and FIT travel from initial planning through to final travel arrangements.
- Coordinate domestic and international bookings across flights, accommodation, transfers and events.
- Bring together sporting group travel requirements with individual corporate travel arrangements.
- Manage multiple travellers, itineraries, deadlines and booking requirements with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Analyse airfares, rates and package options to identify suitable value and travel solutions for clients.
- Anticipate changes and solve problems quickly in a fast-paced travel environment.




- Build strong working relationships with clients, group organisers, suppliers and your wider team.
- Work confidently across CBT’s booking and point-of-sale systems.

What You'll Bring

- 3+ years’ experience in group and corporate travel consulting, including group booking processes and multi-traveller itineraries.
- Strong FIT fares and ticketing knowledge to support corporate travel requirements.
- Experience using Amadeus, Tramada, Salesforce and group travel management systems.
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage competing bookings, travellers and deadlines.
- Clear, patient and professional communication throughout the booking and travel process.
- A proactive approach to problem solving, particularly when requirements change.
- Confidence managing the complexities and dynamics that come with group travel.
- The ability to work autonomously in high-pressure situations while remaining an active contributor to a supportive, high-performing team.
