We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Talent Resourcer to join our P&C; team for an initial 6-month contract.

Working closely with our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll play a key role in finding, engaging and connecting great candidates with opportunities across the business.

While advertised in Brisbane, this opportunity is open to candidates Australia-wide.

What you’ll do:





- Proactively source and engage potential candidates
- Conduct market mapping to identify talent, industry trends and hard-to-find skill sets
- Build talent pipelines for current and future opportunities
- Review applications and conduct initial candidate screens
- Support the Talent team across recruitment campaigns and activities

About you:

You’re a confident communicator who enjoys connecting with people, stays organised and loves the challenge of finding the right talent.

Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, market mapping, or candidate coordination would be ideal, along with a proactive attitude and genuine interest in building your career in Talent Acquisition.
