Sport Star Academy is seeking an experienced and well-connected Sports Account & Operations Manager to lead a major multi-sport school partnership across multiple campuses in Melbourne.

We're looking for someone with an established network of sports coaches, clubs, associations and industry contacts who can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the school partnership and act as the primary contact for the Head of Sport
- Oversee sporting programs across multiple campuses and 20+ sports
- Leverage your existing coaching network to recruit quality coaches
- Coordinate coach rosters, fixtures, schedules and daily operations
- Manage coach performance, availability and replacement coverage
- Build relationships with schools, sporting clubs and associations
- Oversee budgets, reporting, contracts and termly reviews
- Ensure exceptional program delivery and student experiences

About You





- Established network of qualified sports coaches and sporting industry contacts – essential
- Proven experience in school sport, sports management or program operations
- Robust relationships with sporting clubs, associations and schools across Melbourne
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple sports, campuses and coaching teams
- Commercially minded, proactive and results-driven
