We are looking for a creative and hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing & Growth team, focusing on paid advertising, organic social media and video content creation.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and other digital platforms.
- Manage Instagram and TikTok organic content, including content planning, publishing and audience engagement.
- Independently shoot and edit short-form videos for Reels, TikTok and paid advertising.
- Develop creative content to support brand campaigns, merchant promotions and customer acquisition.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.





Requirements
- Must be based in Melbourne and fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads is essential.
- Proven experience managing Instagram organic content.
- Ability to independently shoot and edit short-form videos.
- Familiarity with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
- Creative, proactive, data-driven and able to work independently.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads or influencer marketing.
- Background in food delivery, e-commerce or consumer brands.
