Managing and developing strategic content campaigns, this Media Account Director role will be responsible for leading others, plus innovation and strategy.

The Opportunity:

- Lead a portfolio of client accounts and be a trusted strategic partner to your team & clients
- Oversee and develop strategy for your clients, strengthen client relationships and achieve business goals
- Day-to-day campaign management
- Be a thought leader across integrated media channels (on and offline)
- Mentor and manage a small team of three & provide ongoing direction and support
- New business growth (recent & organic clients)
- Develop integrated, data-led media solutions




- Ensure briefs are running on time, brief, and on budget
- Provide recommendations to clients
- Develop paid, owned and earned media briefs
- Develop and oversee annual client plans, activity and strategy
- Develop client reports and performance reviews.

You:

- Live in Melbourne
- Have full working rights and do not require sponsorship
- Currently work in a media agency
- Have at least 5+ years experience working in a media (buying or planning) related role
- Proven experience meeting client expectations & relationships
- Previous experience managing media strategies
