We're looking for a business analyst with a solid background in change analytics.

About the Role

- Work with business vendors on analysis and documentation of prioritised business requirements and translating them into specific functional and non-functional specifications.
- Working with the Project Lead responsible for the product to integrate the testing plans into the overall Project and Quality Plan.
- Co-ordination of daily test execution and reassigning fixed defects for retest.
- Requirements (user stories) elicitation




- Plan and facilitate business process workshops with stakeholders
- Process mapping, root cause analysis and process design
- Documenting end-to-end business flows of customer requirements that will assist Technology teams.
- Build and manage relationships with key business product owners, and stakeholders for the continual service
- Gather requirements to meet business and customer operational needs
- Identify issues and risks, ensuring they are appropriately captured, raised and actioned

About You

- Good knowledge & experience within the investment banking sector.
- Strong background within change analytics
