Senior & Principal Software Engineers – Founding Team – Full Stack AI

This is a hands-on Individual Contributor opportunity for engineers who love to build.



The team moves quickly, commits code and releases features frequently, with minimal layers of process and direct access to the product, customers and decisions that shape the business. You’ll have the freedom to take ownership, solve difficult problems and see the impact of your work.

We’re looking for engineers who:

- Have strong full-stack engineering experience across TypeScript, Node.js and React.
- Are excited by AI and building practical, production-ready AI-powered products.
- Enjoy building from the ground up, tackling complex workflows and turning ambiguous problems into effective solutions.
- Have a strong bias for action and enjoy shipping, iterating and improving products quickly.
- Take ownership of their work and care about engineering quality, architecture and the long-term success of the product.
- Want to work in a high-performing, ambitious team where everyone contributes, challenges each other and is invested in the same outcome.

This is Sydney based role (CBD) that is mostly in office and you must have unrestricted Australian working rights to apply.
