It built the country’s first recent fibre network in 20 years and pioneered genuinely open-access fibre for wholesalers. Since then, the business has grown from a purpose-built Sydney data centre network, to a footprint spanning the Sydney and Melbourne CBDs, connecting the data centres and commercial buildings that power the nation’s digital economy. As a core member of the executive leadership team, you'll oversee the company's financial strategy, preparing & guiding them through their next phase of growth. You will be responsible for the group's fiscal health, managing relationships with shareholders, regulatory bodies and financial institutions.

You'll also drive long-term financial planning and, in conjunction with the CEO, ensure continuing adherence to the company's strategic & operational objectives, including risk management, capital management, debt & equity financing and the provision of financial & commercial leadership for complex infrastructure projects.

You're an experienced CFO with relevant sector background in a capital-intensive environment (telco/digital/tech infrastructure). You're adept in capital management and infrastructure financing, with a broad base of skills across financial control, financial operations, governance, commercial finance and investor relations.
