Financial Investment Solutions is an established financial advice practice based in Engadine, serving clients across Australia. Its services include superannuation, retirement planning, investment advice and personal insurance. The practice is seeking a Senior Financial Planner to contribute to its client advice and ongoing service.

Role description

You will work with clients to understand their circumstances and goals, develop appropriate strategies and explain recommendations clearly. You will coordinate advice delivery and reviews with the practice team, combining technical capability with a practical, personal approach.

Key responsibilities

· Conduct client discovery and review meetings and identify advice needs.

· Develop and explain strategies within your authorisation and the agreed role scope.

· Coordinate preparation, implementation and follow-up of advice.





· Maintain accurate client records and support consistent advice quality.

· Build long-term relationships and contribute to appropriate referrals and service improvements.

Experience and capability

· Demonstrated experience delivering personal financial advice and managing ongoing client relationships.

· Sound capability across the advice areas relevant to this appointment.

· Clear communication and the ability to make complex choices understandable.

· A disciplined approach to records, advice quality and professional obligations.

· Evidence of meeting applicable adviser qualified standards and ability to satisfy the practice’s appointment and authorisation requirements.
