Beatty Hughes & Associates is a leading specialist planning, workplace, valuation and heritage law practice, with offices located in the Sydney CBD.

We are looking to hire a solicitor with at least 3 years PAE to join our team. This is a full-time role.

Our requirements for the role are as follows:

Essential

- Experience in advising on Environmental Planning and Assessment, Contaminated Land Management and Protection of the Environment (Operations) Act matters
- Experience in LEC matters (appearances and instructing Counsel)
- Experience in dealing with Councils, the EPA and other regulatory agencies
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work in a small team

Desirable

- Experience in compulsory acquisition and land tax appeal matters
- Experience in advising on heritage matters
