The Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative who can start quality conversations with business owners, professionals, and investors.
Your job is to open the door. You will create curiosity, ask smart questions, qualify the fit, and book strategy sessions with our senior advisers.
This role is for someone who sounds confident, commercial, and human on the phone — not robotic or pushy.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Outreach: High-level outbound calls, LinkedIn, and email.
- Discovery: Ask questions around business structure, tax position, and wealth goals.
- Qualification: Identify if we can genuinely help before booking the session.
- Collaboration:
Work with the advisory team to ensure high-quality appointments.
Who This Role Is For
You might come from recruitment, real estate, finance, or professional services. You don’t need to be a tax expert on day one (we’ll teach you that), but you do need to be:
- Confident: Comfortable speaking with successful, high-net-worth individuals.
- Articulate: You speak with clarity and skilled authority.
- Resilient: You enjoy the chase and are motivated by activity targets.
- Curious: You actually care about how business, money, and property work.
