Our agency

The Office of the Integrity and Ethics Commissioner (OEIC), plays an important role in strengthening integrity, accountability and good governance across the Northern Territory public sector.

As a Senior Integrity Strategist, you will evaluate government systems, policies and practices to identify risks, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Working within a small, supportive team, you will analyse complex information, engage with stakeholders and help shape practical, evidence-based recommendations for the Commissioner’s consideration, supporting best practice and meaningful change across government

You may currently be working in:

- Governance, risk or compliance, identifying risks and strengthening accountability.
- Policy or public administration, reviewing processes and improving government practices.
- Audit, assurance or investigations, analysing evidence and using findings to inform and shape practical evidence-based recommendations for consideration.
- Business analysis or continuous improvement, identifying inefficiencies and practical solutions.
- Procurement or contract management, managing risks and promoting best practice.
- HR, business management or legal support, interpreting policies, reviewing procedures and improving outcomes.
