Event Sales Executive

Are you an ambitious sales professional coming from B2B events, and looking to join a leading, global event organiser? If you have come from a hospitality, venue, or B2B events setting, this could be the role for you!

We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Specialist to drive commercial growth across my clients expanding event portfolios. In this role, you’ll work with corporate clients from concept through to delivery -consulting on high-impact sponsorship packages, custom exhibition floor space, and brand activation strategies.

Responsibilities:

- Present customised event packages, exhibition booth space, and sponsorship options to business decision-makers.
- Work with C-level executives, marketing directors, and brand leads to tailor bespoke event sponsorship and exhibition solutions.
- Manage negotiations, send proposals, and secure signed contracts.
- Work closely with the marketing and event operations teams to deliver what was promised to the client.




- Lead the sales cycle from initial discovery and proposal presentation through to contract closing and client onboarding.

About you:

- Proven background in B2B outbound sales, sponsorship sales, media/advertising solutions, or hospitality function & event space sales.
- Experience pitching to corporate decision-makers, managing sales pipelines, and closing deals.
- Ability to pitch value, event ROI, and high-impact branding solutions rather than just "features."
- A target-driven mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills.
