We have global distribution and a growing international presence, with our own warehouse in Australia, a 3PL in the USA and soon to be EU.

Lead Daily Operations and Grow Your Career

Dimple is growing fast, and we're looking for a Warehouse 2IC to grow with us here in Australia. You'll be trained to lead day-to-day operations at our Rosebery warehouse, with hands-on support from our Warehouse Manager and room to build a career across our growing operations department.

The Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you'll be trained to coordinate and run the daily warehouse operation, including the team, workflow, stock accuracy and dispatch. Taking ownership of the floor will give the Manager more capacity to oversee our other third-party logistics (3PL) providers while being present to give you in-person guidance and an immediate escalation point as you build confidence and responsibility.

Right now, our warehouse runs on manual processes, and you'll need to be comfortable operating in that environment day to day. Over the next 12-18 months, we'll be looking to relocate to a new warehouse and potentially implementing a Warehouse Management System (WMS), moving to a systemised operation - and you'll be a key part of planning and leading that transition.

What You'll Do

- Run day-to-day receiving,



put-away, picking, packing and dispatch, reporting to the Warehouse Manager
- Lead the warehouse team and daily workflow, keeping the Warehouse Manager informed of performance, priorities and issues that need their input
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, helping build a strong, accountable team
- Monitor stock accuracy and be hands-on in running cycle counts and stocktakes
- Help enforce safety, compliance, and site procedures
- Identify and propose improvements to workflows, layout, and efficiency
- Liaise with couriers and other departments to keep orders moving
- Work with the Warehouse Manager on KPI reporting, operational planning and improvements, building your capability to take on broader responsibilities over time

What We're Looking For

- Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment, ideally in a team leader or supervisory capacity
- A positive, can-do attitude: you take initiative, find practical solutions and work with the team to tackle challenges of any size
- Strong people leadership skills and the confidence to run the floor solo when needed
- Good working knowledge of inventory systems and WHS/safety requirements




- A forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one if necessary)
- Hands-on, organised and comfortable making decisions under pressure, with a willingness to ask for help and support others
- Open to running a manual warehouse now, with the adaptability to help lead the move to a new site and systemised, WMS-driven processes in the future

Potential progression towards Warehouse Manager could open up from around 12 months as our current Manager's responsibilities evolve, but your ambitions can take you in other directions too.
