We're looking for a motivated and curious Graduate Design Engineer to join our Engineering Team in Ararat. Whether you're fresh out of university or have recently completed your degree, this role offers hands-on experience, mentoring from industry experts, and a genuine pathway for career growth.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work closely with experienced engineers, customers, and suppliers to help deliver practical, high-quality engineering solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with the design and development of electrical and wiring harness systems.
- Creating drawings, diagrams, and engineering documentation.
- Participating in troubleshooting and product improvements.
- Working with customers to understand requirements and develop effective solutions.
- Supporting project planning, cost estimates, and timelines.
- Researching and evaluating new components and technologies.
- Contributing to continuous improvement and innovation projects.
- Building your technical knowledge in wiring harnesses and Industry 4 & 5.

What We're Looking For

You don't need years of experience. What matters most is your enthusiasm to learn, solve problems,



and contribute to a growing engineering team.

Essential Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering.
- Knowledge of electrical theory and mechanical applications.
- Experience using E-CAD and/or 2D and/or 3D M-CAD software.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Current Driver's Licence.

You'll Stand Out If You Have

- An interest in electrical systems, controls, or wiring harness design.
- Experience with Autodesk software.
- An understanding of manufacturing processes or FMEA principles.
- A positive attitude and a desire to continuously improve and learn.
